Privacy Policy

What Glover & Co. collects when you visit, download something, buy something, or join Full Service, and what we do with it. The Concierge app has its own section below.

Effective August 26, 2026. Last updated October 16, 2026, with the Concierge and Full Service names.

Glover & Co. ("we," "us," "Glover & Co.") is a Connecticut HR advisory practice at gloverco.ai. This policy covers the information we collect through the site, our free downloads, our paid guides and kits, the Full Service membership, and email — and it's written the way the rest of the site is: plainly, and without the parts that don't apply to a small practice like this one.

If you're looking for our Etsy shop's privacy practices instead, those are covered by Etsy's own privacy policy, not this one.

What we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Name and email, when you request a free resource (like the Pre-October Checklist) or sign up to hear about new tools.
  • Name, email, and billing details, when you buy a guide, a kit, or a Full Service membership. Card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Whatever you tell us directly, if you email us or start a conversation about working together.

Information collected automatically: standard technical information (like browser type, device, and pages visited) through the tools listed below, so we can see what's working and fix what isn't.

How we use it

  • To deliver the download, guide, kit, or membership access you requested or purchased.
  • To send the occasional email about new tools or resources — always with an unsubscribe link, and we only write when it's useful.
  • To process payments and keep the records a small business is required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages and ads are actually helping people — not to build a profile on any one visitor.
  • To respond when you write in.

We don't sell your information. We don't share your email list with anyone outside the tools listed below.

The tools that touch your data

We keep this list short on purpose, and we'll update it if it changes:

  • Memberstack and Stripe: Memberstack is the billing system of record for Full Service, with Stripe processing the payments underneath it, and Stripe processes payments for guides and kits. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what it collects.
  • Netlify — hosts the site and handles form submissions (like the checklist request form).
  • Memberstack — manages sign-in and access for Full Service members.
  • Meta Pixel — helps us measure whether our ads are reaching the right people and avoid showing them to people who've already bought. See Meta's privacy policy.
  • Email delivery — whatever service we use to send the checklist series or occasional updates; always with one-click unsubscribe.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies from the tools above — mainly Meta Pixel — to measure ad performance. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site works fine without them, though ad measurement won't.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe anytime, from the link in any email we send.
  • Ask us to delete your information by emailing erin@gloverco.ai — we'll remove what we can, short of records we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
  • Ask what we have on file for you, same address.

The Concierge app

The iPhone app is built so that your people's information stays on your phone. This section says exactly what the app collects, what never leaves the device, and who touches the rest.

What the app collects and keeps on our server:

  • Your account email and a sign-in id (through Clerk), and your first name.
  • An install identifier the app makes for itself, so reminders can reach your phone and the chat's monthly fair-use count can be kept. It is not the advertising identifier.
  • Your onboarding answers: state, headcount, industry, whether you are hiring, and whether you have a handbook.
  • The state of each feed card (open, scheduled, snoozed, done), and for documents you build, only the document type, the role and the dates. Never a name.
  • What you type to Erin herself, your Erin Chat messages, your Bright Ideas suggestions, and your North Star text.
  • Your purchase history, once Owner Plus is sold through the App Store.

What never leaves your phone: employee names, incident notes, signed documents and PDFs, the Roster, safety cases and OSHA forms, pay figures, reviews, growth plans, and the business notes Erin Chat keeps for you. There is no cloud backup of these in this version of the app. If you delete the app, they go with it.

Erin Chat. Erin Chat is an AI assistant built on Erin's methods. To answer you, your messages and your onboarding context are sent to Anthropic, which runs the model. Anthropic does not use them to train its models and deletes them after 30 days by default. Each week a small sample of conversations, with names and contact details removed, is reviewed by Erin and a compliance reviewer so wrong answers get caught. The app asks for your consent before your first message.

Every other service that touches app data, and why:

  • Clerk: sign-in.
  • Supabase: the database, in the Glover & Co. LLC organization.
  • Netlify: hosting for the app's server, which keeps ordinary request logs.
  • Expo push, with Apple's push service behind it: reminders and replies, only if you turn notifications on.
  • Asana: the text of your Bright Ideas suggestions, and nothing else, so Erin can plan what to build next.
  • Memberstack: tells the app when a Full Service membership starts or ends, so the app can unlock. The app sends Memberstack nothing.
  • RevenueCat and the App Store: subscriptions and restores, once Owner Plus is sold in the app.

No tracking. The app has no advertising or analytics software in it, never shows Apple's tracking prompt, and the Meta Pixel on this website is not in the app.

Permissions. The app asks to write to your calendar when you schedule a card, and it never reads your calendar. It asks to send notifications only if you turn reminders on.

Deleting your account. In the app, open the Account tab and tap Delete my account. That removes your account, your onboarding answers, your feed states, your questions to Erin and your chat history from our server, and your sign-in. What is on your phone stays on your phone. For anything else, email erin@gloverco.ai.
